I’m having one of those moments in time that nothing really makes any sense whatsoever. People aren’t who they say they are, things aren’t what they seem, and doggone it today is National Chocolate Covered Raisins Day.. WHHHHHY is this a National Day? I am not a raisin hater but come on… I AM grateful though, to know that I can go drown my discontent- legally today because it is also National Cocktail Day. You may not know but I was a bartender during my college years. I think that was a great gig and I met so many new and interesting people.. Not to brag, BUT I did serve Captain Kangaroo a glass wine as he sat at my bar after a convention he spoke at. Yep, me and the Captain solved a lot of issues. Ode to go back to those simpler times in life…
