As Fentanyl overdoses continue to plague our communities all across Minnesota, those who are providing and profiting from this deadly drug must be held accountable. This dangerous drug, which is often sold and marketed illegally as a different pain medication, is proving costly to lives in our communities. It is imperative that any medication taken, particularly opioids, are taken only as prescribed.

The Jackson County Attorney’s Office and the Jackson County Sheriff’s Office extend our deepest sympathy to the family and friends of the Victim for their great loss.”
