Redwood County Sheriff’s Office reported on June 30th at approximately 1:30pm a two vehicle accident. A 39 year old woman from Sanborn was traveling westbound on County Service Access Highway 15 near Justice Ave, with 2 passengers in her 2014 Chevrolet Impala, when she was struck in the rear of her vehicle by a 1998 Cadillac operated by a 53 year old male from Windom. The driver of the Cadillac originally fled the scene but was later located by Redwood County Deputies. There were no injuries that were sustained from the collision.

Cottonwood County Board of Commissioners will hold their regular meeting tomorrow, Tuesday, July 5th at 9am in the Cottonwood County Courthouse in Windom. Upon completion of regular meeting agenda items being discussed, meeting will be closed to discuss strategy for labor negotiations.
