Region 13-C Playoffs:  Championship and 3rd-Place Series  -– best 2-of-3 game series 

 

Friday, Aug 13 

Luverne Redbirds at Milroy Irish —  Luverne leads series 1 gm to None.  

     Both teams advance to the State Class C Amateur Baseball tournament.

     The winning team is the #1 seed from the Region and gets a bye in the 1st round.  The losing team is the #2 seed out of the Region 

 

Sat, Aug 14: 

 Windom Pirates at Hadley Buttermakers  —  Pirates lead series 1 gm to none.

    the winning team advances to State as the #3 seed out of the Region.

If a 3rd game is needed in either series, it will be played Sunday with the higher-seeded team hosting.

Hanska/Courtland winner vs Stark Longhorns   1pm   (loser is #3 seed for State Tournament)

Winner of 1pm game vs New Ulm Brewers.  

 

 (If New Ulm Wins, they take #1 seed to State.  If other team wins, a final game will be played Sunday in Springfield)
