It’s Friday… I am feeling like this week has moved as graciously as a slug on a hot day… Or maybe that’s just how I have waded through this week. BUT it is FRIYAH!!! And that means it is National Lemon Meringue Pie Day. MY ULTIMATE FAVORITE.. Well really anything lemon is my favorite but pie well how can anyone say it’s a bad day… I learned it is actually Chant at the Moon Day. I find myself at night when Otis and I go out one last time, I am constantly looking at where the moon and stars are and use the time to chat… BUT tonight… hopefully my neighbors won’t think I’ve finally fallen off my rocker if they hear me out chanting at the Moon!!! I may just wear my favorite Hawaiian Shirt too because after all it would only make it more official!! But the most important aspect of Today’s National Celebration Day is that it is National Relaxation Day… YEP… I am totally on board to just relax and watch the day go by.
