March Weather Stats 2024
The monthly weather statistics have been reported for the city of Windom in March. The information is compiled by Dave Fjeld, the local weather observer and reported to the National Weather Service Office in Sioux Falls. March reported two inches and 25 hundredths of an inch of precipitation, which is the same amount as in 2023. Snowfall for the month totaled 4.8inches, that compares to just 5.4 inches of snow in March of 2023. For the season we have had 12.4 inches of snow compared to 38 inches a year ago. The high temperature was 77 degrees on March 12th with the average high for the month of 49.3 degrees. The low for the month was 11 degrees on three days, the 23rd, 27th and 28th of March.
