The regular Fulda City Council meeting is tonight at 5pm in the Council Chambers. On the agenda is an open forum, consent agenda items, cash balances, department reports, a $250 Southwest Initiative Foundation request to help SWIF in supporting local communities with business and workforce development efforts, a Southwest Regional Development Commission public hearing notice for its fiscal year 2024 budget on Thursday, July 13th at 1pm, an ordinance to reduce clear water in the sanitary sewer system, and some building permits.
During the Jackson County Board of Commissioners meeting on June 20th, 2023, commissioners approved prior meeting minutes, approved claims, approved subsurface sewage treatment loan, approved a bid for projects, approved the Sheriff’s Office 2023 DNR Boat & Safety grant agreement, approved the application for exempt permit for the Jackson Lions Club for a raffle to be held at the 2023 Jackson County Fair, approved award of 2023 section corner project, received committee and board reports, and called the drainage authority meeting.
