A Celebration of Life Service for Troy Fast, age 53, of Windom, will be held on Saturday, July 22nd at 11:00 A.M. at the LaCanne Family Celebration of Life Center in Windom. Burial will be at the Mountain Lake Cemetery in Mountain Lake.
