One of the biggest changes will be a limit of 10 large household items eligible to be placed on the curb. ONLY 10 large items or less will be picked up. There will be two drop-off sites, one at Cottonwood Lake and one at the Windom City Arena between 7am and 1pm on the 20th for all other small-accepted items. NO building materials, electronics or appliances will be picked up or allowed for this Spring Clean-up. According to Assistant Solid Waste Administrator, Donna Stresemann there will be another Special Pricing at the County Landfill in the Fall for Appliances, Electronics and Building Materials.
