A Celebration of Life Service for 89-year old Florence Richter of Windom will take place at 11:00am on Friday, June 24th at The Lutheran Church of Our Savior in Windom. Burial will follow the lunch at The St. Peter Lutheran Cemetery in rural Windom. A visitation and a time of gathering will take place at The Lutheran Church of Our Savior in Windom on Friday, June 24th at 9:30am. Florence Richter passed away on May 21st at The Sogge Memorial Good Samaritan Society in Windom. Arrangements are being handled by The LaCanne Family Celebration of Life Center in Windom.
