Windom Police Department reported an injury accident at the intersection of 6th Street and Highway 60 on April 15th at approximately 7pm. A 2014 Fiat 500 was eastbound through Highway 60/6th Street intersection as a 2006 Chevy Uplander was Northbound through the intersection when the two vehicles collided. The Fiat received moderate damage and the Uplander received minor damage. Occupants the driver and two passengers in the Fiat were transported to Windom Area Hospital.
At 8:30pm Windom Police Officers responded to the 1000 block of 13th Street to take a report of damage to property. It is believed that between the hours of 4pm and 8:30 pm on April 15th the drivers side window to a 2001 Ford F 150 pickup had been broken. The victim did not seem to think anything was missing from the vehicle. Officers investigated the area but at that time were unable to determine the cause of the shattered window.

REDWOOD COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE reported on April 16th at approximately 8:30pm a single motor vehicle was traveling south bound on CSAH 13 when it left the roadway. Once vehicle left the road way, the vehicle rolled multiple times causing the driver to be ejected. One male driver was transported to the hospital with serious injuries. Driver is in stable condition. Alcohol is believed to be a factor at this time. Incident is still under further investigation.

Hauge’s spoken words and bestselling books sparked a spiritual renewal within the Lutheran churches of Norway.
