A Celebration of Life Service for 100-year old Arlene Ozel Burbank of Windom will be held at 10:30am on Wednesday, April 20th at The American Lutheran Church in Windom. Visitation will take place at The American Lutheran Church in Windom on Wednesday, April 20th at 9:30am. Arlone Ozel Burbank passed away on April 14th at The Sogge Memorial Good Samaritan Society in Windom. Arrangements were handled by The LaCanne Family Celebration of Life Center in Windom.
