With March coming to a close, Windom says farewell to Drew Hagge as economic director. Hagge begins a new position in banking in Milford Iowa in April. The search is under way for a new permanent development director.
During the interim, Windom is fortunate to have Jim Hartshorn take over the position. Jim has 31 years of experience in economic development and spent the past 18 and a half years in West St Paul. According to Hartshorn, it has helped the transition to have both Drew and himself in the office for a couple weeks so he could get updated on all the current projects.
