Cottonwood County Sheriffs office reported a traffic accident on March 11th at 2:15pm on 440th Street Heron Lake- Springfield Township. A 2012 Dodge Caravan was parked on property when a 2007 International Kennworth Semi Truck and Trailer backed up onto the property. The trailer hit the van leaving a scrape mark down to the metal. There were no injuries, just damage to the Caravan.

Windom Police Department reported two separate accidents on March 13th. At 1:28 pm in the Post Office Lot, a 2010 Ford Edge was left in neutral at the Post Office and rolled into the light post. Minor damage to the vehicle and heavy damage to the Post Office Light Post was reported.
At 11:13 am at 645 5th Street, a 2003 Acura was left in neutral and rolled into a fence behind it. Damage was done to the Fence no injuries reported.
On March 12th at approximately 1:40 am Windom Police Department observed a suspicious vehicle that pulled into a business lot in the 1200 block of 1st Ave. After investigation, a citation was issued to a 41-year-old Windom Female for Driving after Revocation.
