A Celebration of Life Service for 35-year old Amber Loewen of rural Windom will be held at 10:30am on Thursday, March 31st at The American Lutheran Church in Windom. The service will be livestreamed on The American Lutheran Church Webpage and YouTube Page. Visitation will take place at The American Lutheran Church in Windom on Thursday, March 31st at 9:30am. Amber Loewen passed away on March 21st at Windom Area Health. Arrangements were handled by The LaCanne Family Celebration of Life Center in Windom.
