Yesterday the City of Windom presented a one million dollar check to Premium Iowa Pork Owner Gary Lynch and President, Dan Paquin. One of the conditions of this investment was to add 70 new full-time jobs in which they reached that milestone ahead of schedule. When asked how Paquin had a couple reasons for their success

Partnership is extremely important according to Paquin and there were two key points of the early successes that PIP is seeing.

Paquin stated that hiring and retaining good employees is a challenge, but they have had seen success and are already growing.

Congratulations to Premium for hitting milestones and receiving this investment of dollars to build a better operating facility, we look forward to seeing your impact on the community of Windom as time goes on.
