Cottonwood County 4-H is holding their cinnamon roll fundraiser!!! YES those amazing mouth watering soft oooeeyyy goooeey cinnamon rolls are going to be available again! Pre-Orders are being taken from now until October 14th. Rolls are $20 for 12 rolls OR $8 for 4 rolls. To order you can call the Cottonwood County Extension Office at 507-831-4022 or go online https://z.umn.edu/2024CinnamonRoll . You even get to pick your own pickup location.
Rolls must be picked up at between 7:30-7:45 a.m. at your designated pick up location on Thursday, Oct. 17. Checks or cash only (exact change preferred).

River Bend Liquor is holding their 6th Annual MMBA Fire Department Fundraiser in partnership with the Minnesota Beverage Association. It’s a raffle for a pallet of Coors Light!!! Tickets can be purchased either at River Bend Liquor or from members of the Windom Fire Department. A portion of sales, through Wednesday September 11th will be transferred to the Windom Fire Department’s Equipment Fund within the City Budget. Tickets are $10 each! Get your tickets by this Wednesday and help build the Windom Fire Department’s Equipment Fund. River Bend is open Today and Tomorrow from 10am to 9pm. Windom Area Chamber of Commerce will be holding a Shred Event on Thursday September 19th in the parking lot of Schwalbach Ace Hardware. Protect yourself from identity theft and fraud and shred those documents you no longer need. All paper will be recycled. Windom Chamber Members will be served from 3pm-5pm and then the Public is welcomed from 5pm-7pm. Cost to Shred is 40 cents per pound for Chamber Members and 50 cents per pound for non-members. There is a limit of 5 boxes per resident vehicle. Get your shred on, Thursday September 19th.
