Cottonwood County Emergency Mangement Director, Paul Johnson stated, “FEMA has granted our request for individual assistance (IA) for the flooding disaster. More information will be coming out soon on how and where to apply. Johnson did check the online link as of 4:30pm today (July 29th) and nothing was up yet, so while it’s nice to know its granted we still have to have some patience for things to get set up.
