UPDATE FROM CITY OF WINDOM

EDA DIRECTOR TIFFANY LAMB released the following information late Wednesday Evening.

Today, Wednesday, July 17, 2024 at approximately 2:00 PM, the Des Moines River in Windom officially measured below 17.00′ which means that Windom has officially exited the “Action” stage of flooding. Windom residents may now safely move their sandbags to the curb or off their property. Curbside pick-up of sandbags is planned to begin the week of July 22, 2024.
