The Red Cross is setting up a Disaster Resource Center in Windom for residents hardest hit by the flooding. This center is for residents who have either a destroyed home or homes with major flood damage. The Red Cross follows FEMA’s damage classifications which are shown below.
The Disaster Resource Center will be open to these residents at the Business Arts and Recreation Center (BARC) library on Friday July 5th from 4-7pm and again on Saturday July 6th from 11AM to 3PM.
