It’s the 5th of January and we are headed face first into the weekend… Today is National Bird Day and there are a TON of our fine feathered friends out floating around thinking that they were just so clever being lazy and not flying south this year… I HOPE  they don’t regret their decision once the real Minnesota weather decides to kick into gear. It is also National Whipped Cream Day… I’m a little confused because I would think that whipped cream day would be on Thanksgiving Day since you always have a tad of pumpkin pie WITH your Whipped Cream… BUT I’m going to go ahead and celebrate today because we should and have a jolly time putting whipped cream on everything today!!!
