WWG Highlights with music 12-6-22
The annual battle between the Red Rock Conference and the Big South Conference between these two teams did not disappoint.
Both teams were back in forth in the first half with the combination of Henry Erickson (reached a milestone of 1,000 career points in this game) and Abe Mckibbin shoulder’d the load for the Eagles. The Chargers were competing hard and had the 1 point lead at the break!
In the second half, the Eagles struggled to go on any runs and the Chargers were just the more physical team! This resulted in the Chargers dealing with some foul trouble towards the end of the game, but were able to hold off the Eagles for a 75-69 Victory.
The Eagles were led by Henry Erickson with 26 points. Abe Mckibbin finished with 22. WWG was led by Kole Curry who finished with 26 of his own, including huge free throws down the stretch to put the game away for the Chargers!
