Windom Police Department reported on the 4th a Windom resident reported a blue Huffy bike with big Mountain tires and a big seat with two circles on it was taken from their yard in the 1200 block of 4th Avenue sometime on August 3rd. Estimated value of bike is $300. This report remains open at this time.

The Cottonwood County fair officially gets under way on Wednesday but 4Hers will be busy tomorrow. All this week, Crystal Reath, the Cottonwood County 4-H coordinator will be keeping us updated on the schedule of events and what’s on the menu at the 4-H food stand which is the major fundraiser for the program. Tomorrow will be a busy day of judging for participants:
